Ballet Union started a sports-psychology workshop for dancers
March 08, 2021
Ballet is an art that takes your body and your soul. The expectations towards dancers increase every year, the competition is high, the career is short and the stress is constant. Dance medicine around the world is trying to raise awareness of dancers mental health problems and means to support their well-being. Estonian Ballet Union decided to reach out a helping hand.
In March we started a series of sports-psychology workshops for our members, the active ballet dancers. The workshops are lead by the distinguished sports-psychologist Snezana Stoljarova over Zoom until May.
